About the Trust Office
Introduction
On 31 December 2007, all Preference Shares A had been taken into administration in Stichting Administratiekantoor Preferente Aandelen Corporate Express, or Trust Office, against which depositary receipts with limited convertibility were issued. The Trust Office was established under Dutch law in May 1994, and has its registered seat in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
