Supervisory Board

It is the Supervisory Board's responsibility to supervise the policy of the Executive Board and the general affairs of Corporate Express as well as to assist the Executive Board by providing advice. In doing so, the Supervisory Board is guided by the interests of the Company and the relevant interests of the Company's stakeholders.

Independence
The Supervisory Board is composed of persons such that the members can act critically and independently of one another, and of the management and any particular interest. All members of the Supervisory Board are independent as defined in the By-laws of the Supervisory Board.
