People work hard at Corporate Express.However, we also want to encourage a balance with family and social life, secondary activities or free time. We are often able to accommodate flexible working hours which, as our employee surveys show, is greatly valued by them. Outside working hours, our staff meets on a regular basis through activities of our personnel association and in our in-company fitness center.
Getting a result is what counts, so we place more importance on work done to a good standard on time than on making hours just to make hours.

Training & Development
Our motto is: “Hire for attitude, train for skills”. We encourage people from our own ranks to move into management positions. Training and development therefore have top priority at Corporate Express, as well as internal promotion.

The Corporate Express Business Academy, our own corporate university, organizes management and leadership training courses. Additionally, skills based training courses are offered at each location, e.g. business English, commercial and negotiating skills.
