Two great companies
On 30 June 2008, Corporate Express has been acquired by Staples, Inc.
The merger with Staples will create a company that will be the industry’s clear leader world wide and will ensure benefits for our customers and offer great opportunities for our employees around the world.
Following this transaction, the Corporate Express share has been delisted from Euronext Amsterdam and NYSE.
